Kim Clabaugh is a native Nevadan, born and raised in Carson City. After earning her degree from Arizona State University she began a 10 year career in social services working with emotionally disturbed children.
As Director of the Seattle based Youth-In-Residence Program, she worked with at risk teenagers and young adults. She licensed foster homes, operated shelters for run-away teenagers, directed a street-outreach program and operated a transitional living complex for homeless young adults.
She was also the President of the Seattle-King County Coalition for the Homeless.
Loving Nevada, Kim returned and began another career as a flight attendant. Five years and one son later, she left the friendly skies to spend more time with her family and help in the landscaping business owned and operated by her husband Rob. Their two active little boys play sports and drive sprint cars making life interesting and exciting.
Kim enjoys family, good wine, music, travel, sports, shopping and home decorating, the latter leading her to real estate.
Kim's astute shopping ability will ensure her buyers that she will find them that perfect house. Her love of decorating will also help her sellers in staging their homes for a successful sale.
