Bertie was born in Virginia, and schooled in Virginia and North Carolina. She spent 5 years in Washington D.C. working in the Savings and Loan Industry before moving west. She first moved to San Francisco where she continued her career in the Savings and Loan Industry. She then married and retired from work for awhile to raise her two children. During this time she moved to Reno with her family and started her Real Estate career.
She has been successfully selling Real Estate in Reno, Sparks and surrounding areas for 20 years and enjoys it very much. No project is too large or too small, she works diligently for all her customers and clients.
In addition to Realtor, she holds the desigantions of Property Management and (G.R.I.) Graduate Realtor Institute.
When not working, Bertie loves to spend time with her adorable granddaughter, skiing, walking or short hikes. She also enjoys curling up with a good book and watching movies.
