Judy Hilton began her real estate career after many years in the retail business and a hobby of buying distressed properties and giving them a new life with her husband Steve, who is in the construction trade. The success of these ventures prompted Judy to focus on a full-time real estate career. She has an instinct that guides her to the best opportunities for long term gain, and delights in helping others fulfill their own real estate dreams. She has been a top producer at Ferrari-Lund Real Estate since she joined the company.
Judy grew up in Hawthorne California but packed up and relocated to Northern Nevada in 1978. Hence, she knows the area real estate market inside and out and appreciates what a special place we live in.
Judy and Steve have three daughters and four grandchildren. In her free time, Judy enjoys gardening and home decoration. She is also passionate about cooking and entertaining.
